Are you a qualified finance leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact?
Your Place is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead our finance strategy, oversee financial governance and compliance, and play a key role in shaping the long-term sustainability and growth of the organisation.
This is a varied and influential role that combines strategic leadership with operational oversight. You will lead our Finance and IT teams, provide expert financial guidance to the Board and senior leaders, ensure robust financial management and controls, and support the organisation's growth through sound financial planning and decision-making.
We're looking for a fully qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA professional with senior leadership experience, strong financial and commercial acumen, and a passion for working within a values-driven organisation. Experience within the charitable sector and advising Boards or Trustees is highly desirable.

About Your Place
Your Place where homelessness is solved one person at a time.
Your Place is much more than somewhere to call home. We work one-to-one with people experiencing homelessness, helping them to regain their self-belief and rebuild their lives. We can’t end homelessness for everyone overnight. But we can solve it one person at a time.
We run two main services from our base at 81 Barking Road - our core hostel (which accounts for approximately 80% of our bed spaces) supporting people experiencing homelessness with low to medium support needs, as well as our intensive support service for people who need extra help on their journeys.
